LOOKING BEHIND THE RESULT

Purpose

This conference focuses on how to evaluate team or individual player performance. The participants will recognize the important role of performance evaluation in the development of a successful team and skilled players. The various hours spent by coaches on planning and execution of practices can only make an impact, if followed by a well thought through and effective analysis and statistics.

The coaches will be able to monitor the outcome of their own training methods, as they will be given tools that will help them put their acquired knowledge into practice. Lectures and group sessions will be held by speakers with relevant experience in the field of performance evaluation.

Interaction

The main objective of the practical, closely interactive, approach is to create an effective learning environment, where the participants are encouraged to ignite their thoughts and ideas on matters at hand.
